Video Requirements

We will accept most video files you're willing to send, but here are a couple of guidelines.

  • Video formats must be one of the following: Quicktime, MPEG1, MPEG4, Windows Media, AVI.
  • File size should be no larger than 100 MB.
Ideal
  • Windows media video 9 - Total bit rate of 1500 kbps at 640 by 480
  • QuickTime (mpeg-4 h.264) - Total bit rate of 1500 kbps at 640 by 480
Acceptable
  • Windows media video 9 - Total bit rate of 700 kbps at 480 by 360
  • QuickTime (mpeg-4 h.264) - Total bit rate of 700 kbps at 480 by 360
Minimally Acceptable
  • Windows media video 9 - Total bit rate of 500 kbps at 320 by 240
  • QuickTime (mpeg-4 h.264) with Soreson 3 compression - Total bit rate of 500 kbps at 320 by 2403.
