Blaine is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and attended Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Soon after graduating, Blaine ventured to Florida.

Living in Saint Petersburg Florida for the past 11 years, Blaine has made his career teaching high school Photography and Computer Graphics. Demand for his talent is growing at a rapid pace within the wedding, event, and portrait markets. Blaine creates a unique view through his photography that draws the audience in.

Blaine has exhibited his photographs in dozens of galleries along Florida's West coast. Most noted would be The Arts Center in Saint Petersburg as well as being featured in the "Art of Rock and Roll" exhibition hosted by the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa.

Currently, Blaine has a new passion for photography. He was introduced to the world of Dragon Boat Racing several years ago and was intrigued by the sport. Blaine knew that Dragon Boat Racing would allow him to capture the artistic and natural side of the sport. It is his unique views that Blaine is known for that will allow spectators to see his work next year in Toronto, Hong Kong, and the World Championship in Sydney, Australia.
